Is there any charge to be a member?
No. Membership is free.
As a buyer, how will I know what I am going to pay?
At call connection time, the route5060 engine will find the best priced call among all candidates which meet your criteria.
You can browse online at any time to see the price ranges for each location.
There is also an "average" price list for all locations which is updated hourly. This list will help you forecast cost.
As a buyer, What if I do not want to pay more than x for a certain route?
You have the option to place a "stop price" on any code. Meaning, if you already have certain pricing on some routes elsewhere,
you can upload these and we will return a fail code on your request if we cannot beat the price.
As a buyer, how do I ensure voice quality on my calls?
We are constantly gathering statistics on each seller's routes. These include ACD, ASR among others. We also use a rating system
whereby other buyers rate certain routes. Over time routes with higher ratings generally have higher voice quality. These
ratings can then be used by the buyers in their "selection criteria".
As a seller, what is my cost?
None. route5060 will always pay to the seller using exact rates the seller has provided.
As a seller, how do I attract maximum traffic?
Your statistics such as ASR, ACD, and other are constantly being gathered and used as criteria for buyers.
route5060 will use these along with the price of your route, and the codecs you offer to determine which candidates to try first.
Ensure you have ample bandwidth and competitive pricing to attract the maximum number of buyers.
As a seller, what if I have limited capacity? Will you flood my server?
No. Part of the steps at configuration time is to specify what the max load you wish for us to send you at any given time. This works out
well if you have a circuit but only wish to allocate a percentage of it to sell to route5060.
How does route5060 make money?
Sellers will always get paid using the rates they post. The rate that buyers see includes route5060's commission.
How do you handle different codecs?
When sellers configure their endpoints, they specify which codecs they offer. Then when a buyer call comes in the codecs in the request are matches up
against all candidates' available codecs. The best match based on price, selection criteria and codecs is then chosen.
